Boulder Meeting Cash Incentive Program

Visit Boulder's incentive program offers approved organizations a monetary incentive to book business in the city of Boulder. 

Organizations that book a meeting in Boulder to be held between October 1 and April 30 could qualify for a cash incentive to help offset meeting-related expenses:

• $500 for 25-50 total room nights booked
• $1,000 for 51-100 total room nights booked
• $1,500 for 101-150 total room nights booked
• $2,000 for 151-200 total room nights booked
• $2,500 for 201-250 total room nights booked
• $3,000 for 251-300 total room nights booked
• $3,500 for 301-350 total room nights booked
• $4,000 for 351-400 total room nights booked
• 400+ rooms: Please contact us to discuss additional funding and services.

Program Rules: Boulder must be competing against another destination; a standard hotel contract must be utilized; an official offer letter from Visit Boulder must be issued; payout cannot be made to an individual person (form W-9 required). 

Visit Boulder reserves the right to end the Incentive Program at any time.
