One or both of you have a creative streak? Then no ordinary wedding will do. Entertain your guests at Rembrandt Yard, an upscale gallery-like venue with stunning artwork inside, artist quotes outside and picture windows with views. Or choose the chic Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (BMoCA), where guests will love perusing new works by contemporary artists. Next door, the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse makes a colorful option. This hand-carved and hand-painted Persian teahouse was created in Dushanbe and gifted to the city of Boulder. The Boulder Country Club, with its manicured landscaping, shady trees and impressive ballroom are sure to be on par with your expectations. The Flagstaff House, perched on the side of a mountain overlooking Boulder, will wow guests with the views and a wine list that’s won the Wine Spectator award for 40 years running.

If you love a good throw-back, take your vintage tastes to the Boulder Theater, with its art deco-era architecture and photo-op-worthy marquee. The University of Colorado’s Koenig Alumni Center evokes the grandeur of a southern manor, perfect for events that spill out onto the veranda and courtyard.
